      Pros

      I thought there would be lots of pros, I was looking forward to working as a team player .

      Cons

      I was employed to bring on my clients & learners which I carried out . Once this was completed I was treated like dirt and fired . My performance was above expected and my dedication to the industry /clients was extremely good. This company used me , I never received an induction or introductions to the workforce.

      Lack of support Management issues KPIs unmanageable within timeframe given Blame culture

      Pros

      Working for an amazing manager who is there to support. Excellent holidays and working week ending with a short day on a Friday. Work hard and have to deal with change but always feel supported and encouraged to have your say.

      Cons

      We have been through some ups and downs due to contracts not being renewed like many other providers but the pros out weigh the cons for me.
