Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We value all input as it helps us identify areas for improvement and better understand the experiences of our employees. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to address your concerns:
Interview Process: We acknowledge that a 4-6 week interview process can be lengthy. We are continually working on streamlining this process to ensure it is efficient and respectful of candidates' time while maintaining our commitment to finding the right fit for both the candidate and our company.

We are committed to providing clear and consistent communication and will work with our management team to improve these aspects. Your feedback will be instrumental in guiding our training and communication improvements.
Health Insurance Costs: We strive to offer competitive benefits packages and are continually reviewing our offerings to ensure they provide the best value for our employees. We are grateful to keep healthcare costs flat YOY when the industry increase is 18%.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Keeping our SOPs up-to-date is a priority. We appreciate your feedback and will initiate a review to ensure they reflect current practices and are effectively communicated to all employees.
Remote Employees: Remote employees are an integral part of our team. We are actively working on improving our remote work policies and communication strategies to ensure remote employees feel included and supported, but not overwhelmed.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us create a better workplace.
Thank you!
Senior leadership team has put a lot of thought into creating an atmosphere of collaboration, growth, and curiosity. Strong benefits. Strong processes for growth within the company. Flexible hybrid work environment that lets you WFH but have an office home base to use when needed. Clients that are fun to work with, and teammates who have your back. Doesn't fall into the "rise and grind" mentality that some other marketing agencies seem to champion.
Cons
New agency that is still cementing how different teams work together which can lead to hiccups here and there. You feel supported through it with this team though, with everyone working to solve these problems as they arise.
Acadia is a digital marketing agency that allows for a hybrid work environment with flexible options to work from home or the office. Leadership and managers trust employees to deliver great work while providing autonomy and trust. There is a strong emphasis on the company core values and working together to grow.
Cons
Acadia is still a young company and with that there are natural growing pains and organizational best practices are fleshed out. I would like to see a strategy to attract diverse talent to all levels including c-suite positions.
