      Obsolete Business Model

      Pros

      Hard to find anything positive, since many employees have been made redundant and the main focus is on the stock price.

      Cons

      Management never saw staff as something different than a cost factor. Company calls itself European although there is a strong tendency to centralize whatever possible in the UK. All decisions are done in the headquarter.

      People are great. Most of them are hardworking and very helpful Little chance of progression There's always something new to learn Onsite parking

      Cons

      Management don't trust people, they are micromanaging wherever they can Not enough stuff to cover work, people are overloaded with tasks Managers promises a lot changes and opportunities, but it never really happens Customer service don't really counts, it's all about the numbers Very little support from Line Manager Very bad communication in between sales offices and the HUB
