Pros

Culture is a major priority at Acast - you can tell even from the interview process how important this is to the company. Because this is such a priority, the people within the business are all wonderful to work with. Lifelong friendships were forged at Acast, you always feel supported and encouraged.

Cons

Personal development can be difficult in the smaller offices, with less room to move up.
