      There is no pro to working for this company.

      Cons

      The management is incredibly corrupt. They misdose patients, you work crazy hours. Pay is mediocre. The director is a psycho and will cause scenes in front of patients and one of the male managers sexually harassed the female employees and has zero consequences.
