I absolutely love working for Accelerate Education. Though, the company feels and it small, there is a lot of growth of the company and teams. I love that for a company that provides education for K-12 really cares about the learning experience for children, their coaches, the teacher and all the schools that are part of the daily business. When you come to work, it is fast on some days, there are always things to learn, new clients, and new opportunities to learn and grow with the company. The leadership team works very very hard to not only make great strategic goals for the future of the company, but they don't lose site of their employees and staff. Everyone has time to train and learn. As a manager, I have an "open door" policy which is really promoted within to allow for communication so decisions made does not hinder growth and happiness to all the departments and teams. We also have great benefits for a small company. I am happy to be part of AE for a few years now and looking forward to the future!
