I've had many jobs and roles in my life, including several in corporate environments, and Accelity absolutely takes the cake when it comes to my favorite thing I've ever done for myself professionally. I left a cushy, comfy corporate gig that I had for 7+ years to come to a startup, and it's the best decision I ever made. I love my teammates as if they're family members, and I'm constantly inspired by their drive and the quality of the work that they produce (which, of course, leads to jaw-dropping results for our clients which adds another layer of inspiration and job satisfaction when you see that the hard work you put in on a daily basis really does matter). We all share common goals and work our tails off to obliterate them, having a blast together while we do. A win for one is a win for the entire team (same for losses), and we support and celebrate one another weekly in team meetings and daily in digital communication channels. There's no place in the world like Accelity, at least not any that I've ever found.

Accelity is a small, but fast growing team. This means you get to work on more projects, at a higher level than you would at most marketing agencies. The team is close and there are a lot of opportunities to bond in and out of the office. Also, leadership communicates far more information about the success and challenges facing the company than any other organization I have worked for. Company culture, values and goals are created with input from the entire team. And the weekly team meetings are actually productive and don't suck!
