Dangerous company to work - No Job security for full time, you may get surprise intimation about your termination
Pros
Nothing to like, its good for freelancers to earn and come out without notice. it is advised to you should leave the company when you get salary and dont give them the notice. Otherwise they do same for you. Company run by full dependents investors and their own run 3rd party consultants, they see their consulting commissions and safeguard their engagements to run the business.
Cons
No WorkLife balance, allocates more than 4 projects and dictates the deadlines. offshore management is run by immature managers who are bound to US management and always spy on employees and his behavior depends on your religion/language/state. They will fire you without reason, moreover they throw a code of conduct notice by phone call and that's all... you need to sacrifice your rest of the months salary, you will not get any documents like payslips, reliving. Also tax paying is uncertain, though they deduct TDS in last months it will not be paid to income tax department. Be careful to join this dangerous company.
