      Pros

      Great overtime opportunities during the busy season. Good base pay. Most co-workers are friendly and make the daily grind worth it.

      Cons

      More training would be good for new employees. This may have changed since I was last working here.

      Very relaxed atmosphere, with very fun and friendly coworkers. two weeks paid vacation from the time of employment. Very competitive benefits plan.

      Some stress during busy season. There is a high workload and you must perform numerous jobs not related to your position

      Pros

      In the beginning, there was a lot of comeraderie, people felt that even though it was a small company, the management had the employees best interests at heart

      Cons

      The company was sold, there was a lot of internal politicsm and a new management group cam in that basically ruined the business.
