Good, affordable benefits, if you last the 60-90 days. Laid back environment. Decent base pay, 34K, for an inside sales job. This gig is a stepping stone. It's a paycheck to keep you going until you find a real job. There is no future or advancement opportunities. Company is for sale, as well.
Cons
You will pound the phone like a monkey, all day. You will call the same stale leads that 100 reps before you have called. You will be hung up on by snotty office managers at medical practices, because they are inundated with sales calls all day. If you have no job and no unemployment benefits, then go for it. Do not leave a job for this gig, as you will be looking for another job from day one.

Thank you for your comment. However, the company is not for sale. Also, an employee does not have to wait 60-90 days for benefits. Our health benefits are effective the first of the month after 30 days of employment, some other benefits are effective immediately. AccentHealth is a great company. We offer a great benefits package, we like to try to provide a fun work environment while being productive, and we also try to promote from within prior to recruiting from the outside each time a new position becomes available.
Great benefits package. Most of the people who work there are nice.
Cons
Everyone is overworked. Management keeps having pep rallies for people thanking them for the hard work for making this the best year ever for the company. Then gives lousy raises, lousy Christmas bonuses. Overtime is expected. If you leave at your regular time you are looked on as a slacker. For a company that claims to champion health, they don't care about a person's work and home life balance. Senior management belittles people in front of others.
They pretend to be professional, but are far from it. They have many double standards. Management looks after themselves and not the employees. Many co-workers are rude and annoying. They don't pay enough. HR personnel is not professional.
