1 - Work life balance is okay 2 - They give flexible leaves

Cons

1- They lure candidates by mentioning Competitive salary but fire them once the Job/project is done without any prior notice or PIP plan. (Join only if you dont have any other option in hand) 2- CTO talks about unacademy firing 10% of the employees, but his team has already laid off more than 10% of the workforce already 3. There is no feedback mechanism in the firm

Lay off any time. Will get employees claiming competitive salary and then fire all the ones earning good salary within few months cause they dont have money left to pay. Only join if you have no other option
