I have been working with Accerta for one and a half years in Operations and have had a really positive experience so far. The company has a great culture where people are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely strive to achieve success in the company's missions and goals. The leadership team at Accerta is approachable and there’s a strong focus on maintaining a healthy work environment for employees. In regards to the benefits, the hybrid work flexibility makes a big difference in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Overall I think Accerta is a great place to work and I’m happy to be part of the team.

The management team is very understanding and truly want to see you grow. Benefits are amazing and they work with lot's of providers to go above and beyond the standard health benefits. They have a hybrid work model which is appreciated as it makes it easier to maintain work-life balance when you're not stuck commuting for 3+ hours.
