      Projects started to shrink. People are not focused on working anymore, everyone is upset because no one is listening to them. What is the HR doing right now? To be honest and please let this be posted...They have made a "group" and started posting 5star reviews? I find this very unprofessional. Keep doing this, we all know the truth. We found a way to express ourselves here by telling the truth about this company and you have found a way to ruin it...congratulations. Everyone from this company know about this. Post only positive reviews and attract people, they will figure out after their 1st month of employment the lies that are told to them. I am not stressed about it Why you keep lying to us on how "people-oriented" are you? People from this "new management " (funniest thing ever) are not saying "hello " anymore. Why are you hiding the truth and don't have the courage to fix this? How this "new management" announcement was made? based on friendships and relations? I am sorry to say but yes.... "United we stand, divided we fall" my lovely colleagues let's tell the truth I am about to leave next month, it's very sad...I love my colleagues.

      I read the “sinking (leader)ship” line in a review. Brilliant and so descriptive. Accesa will die because of poor or no management.

      I felt abandoned at Accesa

      Pros

      If you are lucky to get on a project fully managed by capable people (i.e somebody else than Accesa), you might feel like you are working for an amazing company and be happy, appreciated, listened to and understood.

      Cons

      If not, you will start to feel scared. You will get really down and start to worry about your mental health. You will feel like no one at Accesa (other than maybe your close colleagues) cares about you. You will start to disconnect from your work and not grow in any way simply because you will see that “hey, things can be done in a mediocre way, since there is nobody who can teach me better, and nobody will care, nobody will take action, nobody will be held accountable”. Accesa will cash in money at your expense. You can ask for help, but the seniors will never have time to help you as they are overworked and trying to deliver the promises made by the PM or Sales. You can complain, but don’t expect to generate a reaction. Its easier for Accesa to let you drown than put in the effort to make things better. It’s too much work, sorry. If you feel like this is happening in your project, please run away as fast as possible. You are literally dumbing yourself if you get on a poorly managed project.
