      well structured company and has good reputation in the financial market

      not a convenient place to work with, sentiments, tough conditions, constant pressure, bad email ethics, poor welfare, working with fear. You work round the clock, no life work balance, they dont care they only want profit

      The School of banking excellence is the best! A truly fantastic experience.

      Cons

      -Horrible horrible work culture, -Verbal threats daily from your supervisors, -No work life balance. You are expected to work 7 days a week with minimal or no compensation. -Management only cares about the bottom line not the employees

      Small bank, good opportunity to learn more

      Cons

      Not a healthy work environment. HR is horrible and many colleagues were not happy but couldn't speak up. Salary is not competitive. Once u tender your resignation letter , u will be treated so badly. I was not even given an opportunity to say goodbye to colleagues even at my request the day i was told to proceed on garden leave
