Pros

Working with such a unique industry really gives you a buzz to go to work. The two owners have a really hands on approach so decisions are made almost instantly which is encouraging and really drives the business forward at such a positive pace. The offices are set in stunning buildings in the city centre so was more than convenient for lunch breaks.

Cons

None that come to mind!!

Thank you for your kind words, it really does mean a lot. Our HR system has opened up over 100 new courses for staff to engage with, so we hope this will prove beneficial to all.
