Lots of work, you are monitored all day and every second while you are there you are not allowed a break, no phone calls, can't use your phone but they expect you to answer if they call. Everyone that works there seems to be related...
Cons
work/life balance is a joke, no strategy, no idea of how to train because they are too busy firing you for no reason. you will never know what you did wrong because there is no feedback loop. but feedback is requested
