Terrible Company to Work For

Pros

Work from home. The company is such a mess that you often are free to do your own thing without much supervision. Until they decide to supervise you and micromanage you.

Cons

No benefits. Mostly contra pay (payment in credit for classes). If you are lucky enough to get actual pay, it is all 1099 pay so you will be taxed at a very high rate. Company is disorganized and most employees are terrible at their jobs yet celebrated for being great. So the work they missed falls to you, but then you are questioned as to why work takes longer. This is a cult and the idea is to “know what you know” but supervisors always know better and look down upon you if you didn’t know what they know (or read their mind to do what they want.) And between employees there is poor morale, talking behind each other’s backs, lots of judgement. There is very little valuing of employees at AC. Treated like pawns. There is the upper echelon of employees who get all the pay and are treated like royalty then all the rest receive barely enough to survive and are expected to work around the clock and essentially be on call. The megalomaniac creator even talks about the people who work for him as being “stupid enough to work for him.” That is very true. A modern day slave trade taking advantage of people’s devotion to the cult.

Expect employees to be slaves

Pros

There are some lovely people who have committed to being slaves for this company with you.

Cons

- Terrible pay - Illegally long hours - Woman who heads the company is cruel and abusive - A high-stress environment - This environment is often not what one would think based on teachings - They hire lots of people who are not well-equipped for the work so lots of things fall through cracks and fall to other employees (but then criticize the employees who pick up the pieces rather than being grateful.) - It's a work around the clock environment due to being International, but they do not structure themselves well so employees can actually have reasonable time off (like to sleep) - Despite what they say, it actually is a cult and the leaders are always right so despite being all abut change, change is never truly possible Note: I worked on many teams AKA dazzles and saw the same problems in all positions. I also connect with people easily and found that most of the employees are/were just as unhappy as I was. So happy I got out!
