      Pros

      Awesome co-workers, family/friendly atmosphere. Original founders were wonderful. I learned a lot while working at the company and also gained a few life-long friends. I also learned how much a company can screw you over.

      Cons

      When closing the business, they ended up having the benefits of closing and also of staying open, which hurt the employees. I am upset every time I think about the way things were handled, even after all this time. Or at least this is my perception.

      The company is a small-size employer; the pluses of that are easy access to management, ability to wear many hats, flexibility, family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Due to the smaller size of the company, some financial challenges the company has faced as well as difficulties associated with being essentially a start-up.
