Pros

Competitive base salary and kind coworkers

Cons

Poor training. They do have a dedicated trainer; however, the training was unclear, and I was to begin making cold calls without a clear idea of what I was selling. Relied on shadowing another coworker! Impulsive leadership. Laid off an unknown number of employees due to "changes in large accounts." If a company is in a precarious place financially, one would assume they know that with more than four weeks' notice. Irresponsible to bring on new employees just to let them go so quickly.

Pros

Seemed like an amzing place with great people where I could advance my career

Cons

It wound up being a place that penalized me and has led me to homelesness while dealing with BPD from a head injury at one of their clients apartment complexes. That would be Reside at Stratford or Newcastle. Before my head injury I had a flood at Inhad to put in a Yelp review after 4 days of a soaking wet roilet water ridden carpet in my bedroom. After that Reside half fixed it. My boss at Access One illegally had me remove it. I then was mugged outside a couple months later. Acess One was fully aware. I then had a cochroach infestation and it went pretty much the same way. I even contacted my direct superior to contact my boss abbout what action to take. After I did what anybodybwould donin a luxury apartment with 3 or more cochroaches jumping out of every drawer I was laid off. The rental agent interfered with my lease and apartment and then not only evicted but got me fired. I now know Im suffering from BPD because of the frontal lob contusion. This company cares nothing about its employees. I regret letting them poach me from a great employer I already had.

Pros

The pay is pretty good.

Cons

Where to start? Lack of leadership? Crazy turnover? No loyalty to their senior employees? You name it. The management will literally tell you how great of a job you are doing and then let you go without warning the next week. Some people are backstabbers, so you have to watch out for that - they will gladly scapegoat you for issues if they can. Training? Bwahahaha - Google is your trainer. Customers are constantly upset. They will not staff correctly. Alerts? Sure, they are generated. But that stack of thousands of alerts are not touched because the staff cannot keep their head above water to do them. Sorry clients, those aren't being reviewed. Oh, and they will literally take ANY client and expect you to support it. No standardization on equipment. Server 2008? Sure! That gaming rig that is being used as a server? Sure we can support that. Google Wifi? Yeah! No problem!
