Pros

Close to Grand Central Terminal. Proximity to transit is the reason this place gets one star.

Cons

This place is like working in the wild, wild west. If you're ok with absolutely no organization or process, you'll do well here. The office space is very outdated (think 80's tech office) with stained carpets, old furniture, outdated equipment and technology, and low cubicle walls. Total cubicle farm. The worst part about this company is that they have some very old, long-time employees (some who don't know how to use computers that well) and they sit on protected accounts that you'll never get into. Everything about this place is outdated, and it's pretty much the place where happiness goes to die. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work here.

Pros

Decent commission packages. Food on Fridays.

Cons

Used to be a good place to work, but they have missed commission payment and there are a lot of closed door meetings all the time. New CEO seems overwhelmed and the owners are out of touch and not too sharp. One of them is always bragging about his fancy trips and purchases. The office is like a ghost town with many empty desks and few employees.

Pros

If you can consider free water a pro then that's the only one I can think of

Cons

The owners have absolutely no idea what they're doing The IT recruitment practice is a joke, the IT roles are NEVER qualified The morale of the IT recruiters is as low as it can possibly be with hundreds of emails a day sent out to the team telling them that they're not working or doing anything The compensation is absolutely awful, most employees on the sales side don't even get paid a salary, they're knee deep in 5 figure draws (which god help them if they ever dig out of those holes) The company's insurance policies are absolutely awful and very expensive Middle management is lazy and uninformed, they mostly sit at their desks browsing Facebook all day and buying junk on Amazon Most staff allows the phone rings off the hook from the candidates calling them to get updates (which they never get) because the moral is so low Company is sleazy and runs like an old penny stock trading firm Dress code is always a problem with management (they send out innumerable emails about it) because some AEs that have been there for years are so petty and hostile There are some employees who are racist, petty, and overly concerned with getting the last word in
