The share scheme is a bit of a joke as even if you have the shares you are not treated by the SMT as if you care what’s in the companies best interest. They know best. Everyone else doesn’t know a thing.
Rather than educate they keep staff in the dark despite transparency being an important thing. And I think that’s the biggest problem here.... it’s all talk, no do.
The company is only as good as its engineering component and this is the area where they are starting to lose people. Pick a direction and follow it through to completion for gods sake!
At the moment they allow you to believe you’re going to be doing the right thing and then just as you feel secure it’s all change. It’s jokingly referred to as “The AccessPay Way” by those who’ve been around to see it happen a few times.
Oh and engineers, no training here. Everybody else is covered in every department. Not you. Too expensive.
