very low morale, high turnover, Managers don't care about their staff, only about numbers, everyone is unhappy working there. little learning and development unless it has to do with product, not much career growth.

Poor recognition, no salary increase for the past 3 years, no incentives, very poor benifits - no eye care coverage except for eye exam $100 every 24 months eventhough we are on the computer all day everyday.
