      Pros

      Mission-driven, for-profit company. If that's not the dream I don't know what is. Growing! Doing really excellent and important work making the web a more accessible place. Good people.

      Cons

      Right now, it's BUSY. You'll work hard. There will be longer than 8 hour days occasionally. Culture is still being established.

      Pros

      Revenue Department is lead by a driven female who works harder than anyone. The team has been together since the start and everyone works together well! I learned so much here, about Accessibility Compliance, website technology and apps- but also communication, asking for help and what a really good leader does for their employees. Feel good about working here, its’s an incredible mission.

      Cons

      Long hours most weeks, but again- CRO is right there with the team.
