Better than average health insurance, plenty of time off, compassionate leadership, strong company culture, semi-competitive pay, growth opportunities in BD

Cons

Difficult to negotiate warranted raises, internal promotions are not competitive at all and offers are non-negotiable. I’d recommend joining AF after years of experience elsewhere to maximize salary potential. If you start your career here, you will likely be offered 20-30% more from a competitor after some experience and connections.

The company is very considerate of its employees and tries to express that in multiple ways.

Cons

There will always be the possibility of personality conflicts depending on who one directly works for but there are no systemic issues that come to mind.
