This is the worst company I have EVER worked for. The things I witnessed and was made to take part of were disgusting. I walked on egg shells every minute of every day. Credit is never giving but you will take all the blame.

Worst part of Acclaris are the members of Managemement group. Most of them dont have technical knowledge or buisness knowledge though they are in Acclaris for more than 8 years. They have polluted the atmosphere of Acclaris by playing dirty politics and by their abusive nature. Some abuse you in front of you and others are worse they will smile in front of you and will back stab you at any possible situation. Top management feels that they are God and all are their slaves and will work as per their words. Personal relationships with managers matter the most for getting hike and appraisal. If any manager dont like u personally he will make your life hell and will make sure that you dont have any carear growth till the last day u are in Acclaris. Top bosses are making life of development team horrible by making strict policies and processes. Their job is only to see which member are coming at what time, how many times they are not in their seat and when they are leaving, they dont bother to see if they are doing the work or not by staying late Most of the so called managers are here from BPO and serving Acclaris for decade so the behave as ultimate super power and want to sustain BPO culture in development department. One of the manager is worst of the lot who have only climbed the stair of success in Acclaris by impressing his boss by all the mean ways and not by his work. He will behave as your great friend smiling and showing his teeth always but at the back if you are not from his so called lobby he will make your life misserable by all ways.
