      Pros

      The team is very supportive of each team member as they achieve both individual and company goals. As managers of teams, time is very well managed, distractions from day-to-day roles and responsibilities are minimal, if any. No tangential busy work.

      Cons

      A small team, will need to change as company grows.

      Pros

      Accord Biopharma is a start-up biopharma business and growing rapidly, so the opportunities to grow and shape the business are significant. The opportunities for learning and building valuable experience are significant, whilst employees are recognized at being experts and the best in their field, so being able to operate independently is key.

      Cons

      Since the company is still small but growing fast, employees are working long hours to keep the pace and recruiting the right people is a priority. Employees need to be comfortable with managing the rewards and challenges facing any new company. Tenacity is a key trait for anyone who works here, but the rewards are worth it
