      Good to get your foot in the door and learn Salesforce skills so you can go somewhere else

      Cons

      Terrible and unethical owner who is more concerned with building his own brand and reputation than building a real company and product. Doesn't take care of his employees and quite hypocritical.

      Pros

      $4K bonus a month for the first three months.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment stemming from poor leadership from the CEO. CEO has drastic unprovoked mood swings. Think about how happy a child is to walk into Toys 'R Us and then how they cry when you tell them they can't get every toy they want. That's the CEO.

      A tremendous team overall and good teamwork.

      Cons

      Owner is egotistical and unreliable. Inconsistent with words compared to actions. Is easily distracted and really only cares for his end goals.
