Innovative product with great benefits & culture!

Pros

Great start up vibe although market leader & 13 yrs in the business. Best product in market hands down - always innovating. Lots of collaboration with product and marketing to get deals across. Fast legal & procurement. Benefit premiums for you and your entire family are covered - huge plus. Stock options too - but likely not selling soon. Reasonable quotas & bonuses for hitting.

Cons

Small sales team, so not a lot of room for advancement if you want to move into sales management.

I've only been here about a month and a half but it's been a really good experience so far. My manager is supportive and always willing to help, which means a lot and makes it easy to settle in and learn.

Cons

Nothing to say at this point. Everything has been a good experience so far.
