Pros

Benefits. Pto. Overtime. Nice building , beautiful cafeteria and free gym on site and nice. 30 min break and 2 15 mins short break

Cons

Short training then they will expect you do it perfectly. Job description is on what you will do is irrelevant Every 2 weeks you have new tasks and they will just throw stuff at you to finish Asap aside from responsibilities that you need to finish on time, to make it short they will burn you out until you give up. Mandatory overtime every week They will not praise or encourage you for the good work but they criticize you for single error. Supervisor will not help you with the help you are asking, they will say talk to your co worker and he/ she will help you.

Pros

Great co-workers, the building is very cool, with a free gym for employees.

Cons

Everything that you work on is drop everything and complete this. Therefore, nothing gets finished.

Pros

Decent company with potential to be much better, good benefits, ability to work from home

Cons

Excessive micromanaging, no self autonomy as a DOCTOR of pharmacy, unrealistic expectations for call length and documentation time after call ends, high call volume, stressful. Quick turnover of managers as they are constantly moved around. As a doctor of pharmacy I have never been so micromanaged. The call volume was high most of the time and you were expected to be on the phone from the moment you clock in until you clock out. You have to ask to make an outbound call if it disconnects, ask for time to research an answer you need for a patient, ask for time to research or do anything extra needed for the job. I am a pharmacist, I think I should have the ability to decide if I need to do more research or make an outbound call if it disconnects. Extreme burnout. No ability to do offline work. No work balance for consult pharmacists. I started this job with 4 rph’s I knew and only 1 remains.
