      Worst employer in the Bay Area

      Pros

      None. This place is a chop shop for contract talent, dominated in fear by one specific producer who has no people skills, is selfish and has poor language and communication skills.

      Cons

      Run don't walk away from this place. A chop shop consulting firm that just throws stuff up on the wall and hope it sticks. Cut throat and thoughtless culture.

      Good place to work but still has work to do

      Pros

      The people I have interacted with or worked with have consistently had a strong ethical nature combined with a strong work ethic. This is consistent with management as well as the consultants delivering service to the clients. Training for internal staff is beginning to gain headway.

      Cons

      Training for consultants is woefully lacking. The consultant has to pretty much rely upon the skill sets they bring to the company when they start combined with what they pick up over time by doing. The company has very little Brand.

      Extremely Talented Team and Leadership Provide High Value Solutions at competitive costs Excellent Client Service and Retention (once they get a client they tend to keep them)

      Cons

      Smaller company, cant match scope and depth of Big 4 Brand Awareness. Unless the company has worked with Accretive before they don't know them No 401K match
