Pros

Some really wonderful people work there, they are trying really hard to turn the lemon they were given into lemonade.

Cons

HR and CEO are nightmares, no respect for their employees. All perks taken away, merit increases, stock options, bonuses, even holiday party skipped because they were "too busy to plan one"

Can't speak to what's going on in San Diego now but in the 10+ years I worked in New Jersey I met some of the nicest, most dedicated and knowledgeable group of folks that I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Wow, where to begin. Company had issues even when it was still ITC but I don't think anyone could have guessed how bad things would eventually become. Indifferent, ineffective and poor management being at the top of the list. Even though 400+ employees lost their jobs in NJ when the company decided to move to San Diego, my sympathies were with the the folks in CA that were left to deal with the aftermath of years of mismanagement.

The pay is ok I guess, only because I have to write 20 characters

Cons

Too many to name! Completely disorganzied. They have ZERO product, with half the day being focused on angry customers. Customer service is terrible! I feel bad having to tell people that have spent money on product for hospitals that they won't be getting it for weeks, sometimes months! Management is m.i.a, unhappy employees, and no culture or structure. Don't even bother, this company won't last.
