      This is a door to door salesman job

      Pros

      Nice office. Everyone is dressed professionally.

      Cons

      Did not believe it was worth my time. Long days 12-8 pm Mon- Sat knocking on doors of strangers alone trying to sell them AT&T or Direct energy. 100% commission. If you can't sell you won't make money. This a multi-level marketing set up. In order to move up in the company you have to recruit a certain number of individuals.

      Pros

      It is a management training program and it is nice that everyone started out in the same place so it gives the appearance of an even playing field. A nice place, in my opinion, for a younger crowd, at least out of this office. If your motivation is making money this is a great place to work. Everything usually depends on your motivation.

      Cons

      -There is a favoritism going on in this branch. -The manger is to young and does not have enough experience in managing a team. -If there are benefits I did not hear about them. -Commissions so if you are not there you don't get paid. -6 day work week 12:30p-8:00p (kinda because you are required to play with the team after work).

      Wasn't expecting it to be door to door sales. Especially during crappy weather.
