Business outlook
Pros
Good hardware platforms and good breadth of products. Good upward mobility due to the employee turn over rate. They have had very good people work there but they typically do not stay.
Cons
Company is constantly changing direction and lacks a long term focus. It is treated like a sandbox by the CEO. Employees are dispensable to the company and they are treated that way. Low pay, long hours and zero recognition are the norm. Once the company is done with employees they toss them aside with very little severance and care for the families.
