Pros
Small team, great coworkers. Management is easy to talk to. Easy to see the impact you make on the company and the products. Making products that make the world safer, healthier and more productive; That's the company motto and everyone cares about their impact here.
Cons
Priorities shift often, making project completion more difficult. Small jobs come through often which reduces efficiency and puts strain on the machines via changeovers. Machinery is older and is slow to be replaced and upgraded. Processes are outdated and are slow to be replaced and upgraded.

Upper mgmt turnover is rampant and not consistent nor knowledgeable nor care to learn business.
