Recruitment and promotion opportunities are poor and the directors have the final say on who they give these chances to. Friends and family of the directors are given jobs they aren’t qualified for above those that have been committed to Accu. Unless the directors and owners are your friend then you are ignored and unfairly acknowledged and this isn’t going to change. You can do and behave how you want if you have friends in high places but if you don’t you need to watch your back because you will be replaced if you aren't part of this group . Accu feels an unsafe place to work if you aren’t part of the inner circle. I have seen some of the best people punished and ignored because they stand by what they believe in.

Smaller, entrepreneurial company which changes direction a lot - can be hard to keep up!
