good pay, AGC is a good place to work.

Cons

i was placed at AGC through the Kingsport TN accuforce. they start you at $12.42 an hour. but you are on "probation" until you are hired on through AGC. which means you cannot miss 1 day or even be 1 minute late while on probation or you get fired no questions asked. the problem with that is.. the probation period is 6 months. that is pretty rediculous.

Pros

Probably the best thing about working for this company is their salaries. They pay very well when compared to the industry standard.

Cons

The atmosphere and culture of the company is one of fear and dis-trust. Almost no one feels secure in their job and turnover is extremely high. Not a positive or productive work environment. The company expects you to be on 24/7 and the pay reflects this, but there is virtually no job security.

Good benefit package, friendly co-workers, nice environment, variety in job duties

No standard way of doing things across the company, no recognition of hard work, stopped bonus programs that were promised in pre-employment package and never re-organized bonus program as promised, no annual cost of living raises, no annual reviews completed and if so never given feedback,
