Terribly ran company. Fire people based on “projections” and then it comes back to bite them in the butt. There’s definitely favorites within management. They would rather keep employees who don’t do crap and get rid of ones who work their butt off just because they make more

You must figure things out yourself, the Open Door Policy is fake- hours are more than expected. Working late, weekends, and all for nothing.

Management is wonderful and there is a great work life balance here. Additionally, there is sufficient remote organization with expanding opportunity. Finally, there is constant strive to improve upon all aspects of the business.
