Pros

Great connections with YPO to help reel in business. Incredible marketing team that paints a picture of utopia to the outside world.

Cons

The company went through a mass exodus over the past 18 months. It was a house of cards just waiting to happen for a long time. 90% of the best Account Managers, SA's, and Consultants left due to the lack of empowerment, nepotism, litigious nature of their owners and CEO, poor pay, and general lack of leadership. Customers are leaving in droves as they see what's going on behind the curtains.

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate you making us aware of your individual experience. Our goal is to use feedback from our valued employees, former employees, and customers to continually improve. Fortunately, based on independent employee surveys, we have been recognized again this year as one of the “Best Places to Work” in both Houston and Dallas. Also, our annual customer retention rate continues to remain above 90%. For over 37 years, our employees and customers have been, and will continue to be, our top priority.

Pros

There were some really terrific employees past and present at this company.

Cons

Management has really taken a turn and changed what was once an excellent place to work and the culture and environment were amazing. You would recommend this company for employment. Today: Everything has changed. Micro management is on steroids, the expectations of employees are absurd and unreasonable, there is no work life/balance at this place. Employees are underpaid and they are not appreciated. Everything is expected. You will Love it and do what they say or you will leave, according to Management anyway. Firing people has become the norm around here. Employees are left nervous and no longer have a voice. Micromanagement on steroids!!!! They are running off every good employee that they ever had, and sadly they don't care. At present, I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even a stranger.

Thank you for your feedback. All feedback is valued, and employee feedback is one of the best tools we have to improve our organization. We realize that our success of 34 years is greatly due to the input and support of our incredible team members. We are sad to hear that you felt you did not have an avenue to express your concerns at Accudata – though team members can voice their questions and concerns through company Q&As, anonymous emails, and direct manager feedback, among others. Having a healthy, positive work environment is a top priority for Accudata. We strive to promote a positive work culture throughout the company, and we promote a healthy work/life balance. Accudata is committed to helping team members achieve that balance.

Pros

Time -off benefits are good. Office staff wages are average to above average. Nice, modern offices.

Cons

Management will favor one employee over the rest, making office life difficult for the other team members. This, in turn, causes low office morale. Employees that generate income are far more appreciated, recognized and favored than all other employees. Not many advancement opportunities for office employees. Training for office employees is non-existent. Slightly below average company benefits. Management's philosophy is customers first, partners second, employees last. The company holds a grudge when employees leave for better opportunities.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your time at Accudata. We do appreciate that you enjoyed the modern office space and our generous PTO policy. We strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for our employees and to provide the much needed time off that helps to create a positive work-life balance. Your comment about career advancement has taken us by surprise, though, since we had 25 promotions in 2019 from within our marketing, accounting, project management, information technology, and sales departments. Accudata is incredibly proud to be repeatedly recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Houston. And, as of 2019, our Dallas office has joined in this elite recognition. One of the main reasons Accudata has been successful for 37 years is because of our fantastic team of people. All feedback is important to us as we learn and grow as a company. Although we try very hard to create an enjoyable experience for each of our employees, we do understand that Accudata may not be the right place for everyone. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
