      direct managers are flexible hybrid work decent vacation training and cross training available to an extent

      Cons

      Higher ups micromanage pay isn't what it could be some expectations aren't realistic not a whole lot of opportunity for upward movement

      mandatory overtime, $20 an hour is not enough to rent your own apartment and pay for gas/groceries/insurance/utilities....

      After being bought and then buying some other companies, there’s been a lot of change recently. Most has been change for the better, but if change makes you uncomfortable this could be a negative for you.
