Best culture, good working facilities, close-knit environment where everyone makes you feel welcomed.

Cons

Project exposure might not be that stable/good for entry level, sometimes experience very long project downtime, I think problem comes from the partner/director level that they don't have the capability to get enough projects from the market to grow the business. The prospect of promotion is not that clear as advertised.
