Cheap company that expects everything, but gives nothing.

Pros

The only thing positive about being a courier is meeting and getting to know the employees of the company that contracts Accurate, not them.

Cons

Accurate managers will promise, lie, and talk bs to get you hired. They will tell you, you will have lots of opportunities to make money. But after your hired, you find out you get no health insurance, paid holidays/vacation, mileage reinbursement, and get paid as low as $9hr with no overtime pay when your route exceeds 8hrs.

Free ham or turkey at thanksgiving.

Cons

Managers have little practical experience and make up for their incompetence by being arrogant, which is usually what incompetent people do. Penny-wise and pound-foolish. Lie and steal from both drivers and clients. Minority run and believe this fact will always be their foot in the door. Commonwealth taxpayers deserve better.

Thank you for your feedback. But as you know, our managers are on the floor sorting, loading, routing, etc. every day. Their hands on, practical experience is second to none. Everyone should be courteous and treated professionally. If you feel you have not been, take advantage of our open door policy and we will be happy to address your concerns. Our Human Resources department is also an option to address any issues.
