Pros
I experienced the best work culture. Everyone is so generous to help new employees. It is a great practice to pull parties every quarter to all employees. I love the motivation activities on the floor.
Cons
Too much pressure in the last month of every quarter. Management is very strict to finish the all pending quarters by end of the quarter.
