      Opportunity to shine... that's all I ask.

      Pros

      Accurex is a fast growing business unit within a mature manufacturing business so it has the best of both worlds: stability AND heavy investment into new technologies, people, processes, and growth. It is largely a ground floor opportunity that is pulling in talented people and giving them a chance to rewrite the rules and make an impact. There is significant career opportunity for individuals yet in a fun, cohesive team atmosphere. I'm stoked to work here.

      Cons

      Accurex is the underdog in their market... a distant #2. This is challenging work that requires scratching , clawing, and competing hard to achieve success. Not a con for me--the opposite, in fact--but for some that could be a big negative.

      Excellent Leadership, Excellent Company!

      Pros

      The management team is absolutely wonderful to work with. Employees are treated with respect, given tasks to grow their knowledge-base, and provided with guidance to reach any goals that are set. Career growth is supported and encouraged, which is rare compared to previous employers.

      Cons

      Definitely not a con in my opinion, but others might not like that we work hard and play hard!

      I recently moved over to another area and have the opportunity to work with Accurex more directly in my new role, and I agree with all of your feedback!
