      Pros

      A place to start in aircraft with no experience. On the job "training." Most weekends off because they are cheap.

      Cons

      Cheap or no raises even after being there a full year. Some not even given a review. Expensive health insurance. Poor management. No encouragement. Changes policies day to day.

      Great place to work at, co-worker are the best at helping each other. Great atmosphere. Non stressful environment to grow as a machinist for novice machinist wanting to grow.
