Pros

- Jewish Holidays off along with some national holidays - Early Fridays during the fall/winter season

Cons

- Little to no career growth - Extremely Disorganized. There is a strong lack in togetherness when it comes to sorting out information between teams despite the constant notion of being a "family" - Unwilling to properly staff departments despite clearly seeing them struggle with the constant heavy workload, leading to delays and frustration on all ends - Getting a raise is like pulling teeth - they will either ignore you or keep putting it off until you threaten to leave, and even if you manage to get a raise, they will try their best to low ball you - General lack of empathy towards personal situations and will gaslight you into thinking they have been generous For anyone thinking of applying: you'll probably have a better chance at somewhere else that will give you a livable salary rather than whatever they offer you here. I would only recommend here if you're starting out in the industry for experience or a last ditch effort to get work.

Pros

The company continues to grow and please customers year after year. Producing great product and seeing them at the store level is a great feeling of success shared by the entire team.

Cons

Company doesn't advocate for work from home. But I do agree as I get much more work done at the office than if I was home.

Pros

- 10 days PTO, 5 sick days - Can come to work a little late and leave a little early if you know how to be sneaky about it - Midtown location - Some managers are more lenient than others

Cons

I have no idea where these positive reviews are coming from, some of their information is just straight up incorrect - DISORGANIZED!! Certain departments do not have a manager to help get you the information you need so you need to grab everything yourself. Some people may even give you bad information and make you waste your time because they failed to tell you about changes. Sometimes they don't even tell you about changes at all. Their lack of organization makes it YOUR problem because YOU will have to be the one to fix everyone else's mistakes - Micromanaging!! Managers will be breathing down your neck and hassling you multiple times a day to finish their projects that they drop on you at the last minute. They give you no information or context about these projects, just that they want you to finish right now - Doing the work of multiple people for low salaries, and don't expect any raises - They are actively laying people off right now - Certain people get more privileges than others - The louder, more insufferable and intolerable you are to work with, the more perks you get apparently. If you don't mind people hating your guts, go for it - The office is gross and messy and cramped, you will have to fight for your space
