You will quickly learn how the two directors use emotional manipulation (PUA-style tactics) on employees.

Cons

Management often belittles employees’ efforts. If you make even a small mistake or are unfamiliar with something, they will talk down to you and make you feel worthless. Some employees have also experienced salary deductions when they resigned. We are here to work and earn a living — not to pay the company. In addition, salary payments are frequently delayed, and in some cases, employees are not paid their full salary.
