dress is casual, that is about it

upper mgmt is wishy washy and never tell the whole truth. employees are jut numbers. Mgmt does not care about well being or morale of its employees. They have the my way or the highway attitude. Will tell you one thing then go in a completely different direction then what was discussed without notice. the amount of work is not worth the compensation.

Upper Management is incompetent and egotistical. All they care about is the bottom line. There is no focus on value creation or trying to create an environment where the employees feel valued.
