seems like there is plenty of work. they grew by 40% in 2009

Cons

highly unethical place to work. lots of completely non-standard ways of treating employees. it's basically a one man staff augmentation shop.

Thank you for your comment. AceInfo does have an anonymous Ethics hotline that you could have contacted to express your concerns. AceInfo now has in-house HR as well. The company has grown quite a bit since 2010 and hopefully you would see all of the improvements that have been and that are continuing to be made.

Pros

Great promises made by the Management at the time of hiring. They do a good job selling their company to their customers as well as new employees.

Cons

This is a mad place to work for with ethics or professional management. This place has a lot of cheap foreign workers from India. Dirty politics, will tell customers anything to get business. They advertise that they are an accredited ITIL Training provider but if you ask APMG (offcial ITIL Accreditation authority), you will find out that their license has been suspended a long time back. Starting from Top Management, there are many lies, hence many unhappy employees as well as customers.

Thank you for your feedback. AceInfo has been accredited as an ITIL provider since 2010. Our VP of Operations is an ITIL expert and trainer. Perhaps there was some gap when you looked this up, but our website is correct.

Friendly and well qualified colleagues, but poor management.

Cons

Really poor project management. They do a consistently bad job of managing customer expectations and then underbid. Basically, they promise things they cant delive with the staffing they can afford. Then, they fail to manage thier customer and let them beat up on the over-worked staff. No recognition programs - excellence is unnoticed and unrewarded. Overtime is simply expected.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad that you liked and respected your colleagues. AceInfo has made more efforts this year in recognizing staff throughout the year instead of only at the end. We do offer Night on the Town bonuses, quarterly bonuses and year-end bonus awards.
