      Pros

      None. It’s a paycheck but nothing beyond that.

      Cons

      One of the worst places to work. Management is out of the loop on what’s going on. No real leadership. No real work/life balance. Expected to work some Saturday’s without even being asked. Vacation time is non existent. Technology isnt up to date. Employees just gossip and have mentally checked out. If you get in, be prepared to get out. No point in talking to leadership, they will just tell the employees what you said and never follow up. Don’t trust any of them. Keep looking for a job elsewhere. They pride themselves in culture but never follow it. Crude/offensive comments will be heard regarding gender, religion and race in the offices and the shop. HR is non existent and constantly forgets or messes up orders for wardrobe. Immature and non emphatic, nothing is confidential or treated with any seriousness. Beware: NOTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL! Fire people who don’t “follow” culture but keep much worse people.

      Great Company to Work With

      Pros

      I find Ace to be a great company to work for as they are very forward thinking. Ace continually reinvests in the people and the business. They truly care about people and work with them to develop them in both their business and personal lives. They are also not afraid to spend money on equipment to keep the company at the forefront of their industry. Company is also very transparent with their team and work to keep open lines of communication with all.

      Cons

      Very fast moving company. You need to be flexible and adapt to change easily to succeed.

      Great leadership team, great company with a heart

      Pros

      In my experience, one of the few companies that has heart and soul in business. They are committed to serve all their stakeholders, especially employees. The company has strong roots and history in the community for decades. Love the culture. They work hard at keeping it strong, thriving, people first and emotional healthy.

      Cons

      Middle managers need more leadership grooming, people and communication skills and more planning skills. Not alot of career advancing or management/leadership opportunities.
