      Pioneer Computing Technologies is like a "Loranthus" (Parasite) Group Co. of "Ace Micromatic". they attract people to Join by putting the 'Ace Micromatic' brand name,and only adds 0.00003% of the total Group revenue.No Growth Opportunity,Pays very Less Salary,People Management is poor,9.5 hours working per day (only 2nd,4th Sat + Sun Holiday).Pathetic Infrastructure,late payment of salary,No Proper Training,3 months notice period,worst work/life balance,Sticking to only 1 product,no improvement since 10 years,Includes Bonus,Gratuity,Mobile allowance,Tour from Co. in your offer letter-CTC

      Pros

      Good company, open environment. Seniors are good and cooperative. Salary structure is good. They also provide training regarding the products. This organisation provides a good chance to learn.

      Cons

      Travel is there but you can't say its cons bcz it's a part of the job. Target pressure is there again I can say its a part of the job
